How does Backstage pricing work?
Plans are priced monthly by the number of artists and fans you reach. Pick a starting plan, then move up as your community grows.
Do messages cost extra?
Messaging on Apple Messages is included in every plan. Any channel-specific costs will be shared up front before you turn a channel on.
Do fans have to opt in?
Yes. Fans start every conversation themselves, and they can stop messages at any time. Backstage honours opt-outs automatically.
Can one plan cover several artists?
World Tour lets managers and labels run multiple artists in one management group, each with its own workspace.
When are WhatsApp and Instagram coming?
WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook Messenger are coming soon. Apple Messages is available today.
Can I change plans later?
